Equip was created as a response to an overlooked gap in the commercial real estate market: providing tenants with ready-to-go workspaces that simplify the process of moving in and getting started. Built on the promise to make work work, the brand positions itself as intelligent, optimistic, and service-driven — a partner that takes care of the operational details so tenants can focus on their business. Its mission, “Taking care of business, while you take care of yours,” reinforces the platform’s commitment to ease, efficiency, and authenticity.
Visually, Equip distinguishes itself by embracing a bold and editorial identity uncommon in the industry. A confident typographic system paired with a minimal palette of black and white accented by vibrant red creates a sense of energy and clarity. Editorial-style line illustrations communicate simplicity and streamlined service, while the brand experience is reinforced through a simplified three-step onboarding process. Together, these elements establish Equip as a fresh, memorable, and service-focused brand that redefines what it means to move into a new workspace.
