The Mack-Cali Waterfront Strategy repositions a leading Jersey City real estate company as a catalyst for community and cultural renewal along New Jersey’s Gold Coast. The branding proposal emphasizes the company’s evolution from developer to place-maker, highlighting projects such as Harborside JC and Port Imperial as expressions of a larger vision for connected, human-centered waterfront living.
Under the concept 'Making Waves Together,' the brand identity, created with a new website in mind, celebrates collaboration, Jersey pride, and the vibrancy of local culture. The narrative and visuals convey movement, optimism, and inclusivity — reflecting Mack-Cali’s commitment to shaping thriving work–live–play destinations that are both for the people and informed by them.

"Animated illustrations express the dynamic, evolving nature of the company’s approach, bringing energy and motion to the brand experience. While a focused color palette of blue and orange guides the user through content and portfolio of both workspaces and homes."
