Estate at The Yards is an eleven-story residential development that blends landscape, architecture, and community along the Anacostia River. Designed by STUDIOS Architecture as an extension of Yards Park, the building transforms a formerly vacant site into a refined and welcoming residential destination, while honoring the historic character of Washington, DC’s Navy Yard. Developed by Brookfield Properties, the project is supported by a lifestyle brand created by REA, drawing from French influences that inform both the residences and shared amenities.

As Design Director, I led the brand development and oversaw the creation of leasing and marketing materials across print and digital platforms. My role included the direction of out-of-home campaigns, signage, online advertising, and curated move-in gifts—ensuring a cohesive brand experience from first impression through residency.
