This commercial workspace in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, was envisioned as a destination for ambitious companies seeking room to grow, a strong sense of place, and a connection to the character of the working waterfront. The brief focused on creating a brand that could highlight the property’s strengths, resonate with local audiences, engage brokers and prospective tenants, and tell a story rooted in Brooklyn’s grit, ingenuity, and spirit of possibility.

Guided by the idea of “The Liberty to Scale Up,” the branding draws inspiration from the monumental optimism of the Statue of Liberty—recast here as a symbol for builders, innovators, and teams ready to push beyond limits. The visual system combines bold typography, adaptable layouts, and a graphic language centered on growth and upward momentum. The result is an identity that feels industrial yet aspirational, offering a confident invitation to expand ideas and build big within a place designed for progress.
