The Exchange
Set within Raleigh’s green landscape, The Exchange is a forward-thinking mixed-use development that brings together nature, community, and convenience. Dewitt Carolinas approached my team to shape the identity of their most ambitious project to date—one that would grow over time while maintaining a clear and cohesive voice.
We developed a scalable brand system designed to adapt to the project's evolving phases and audiences. Flexibility was key: the identity needed to communicate with future tenants, investors, and residents alike, while remaining rooted in the project’s vision of a balanced, connected lifestyle.
We crafted a visual language that could carry the weight of the project's scale while still feeling human and grounded. Over a dozen renderings and immersive 360° scenes were created to help people see themselves in the space—walking the streets, visiting shops, catching a glimpse of the skyline from above. Each image invites viewers to imagine what life, work, and fun could feel like here, long before the first building opens its doors.

Open to endless possibilities, here,
people, productivity, and wellness come into perfect alignment, enriching all Oak City has to offer, engendering pride and a greater sense of community.
